Method

  1. Drain the soaked anjeer, badam and khumani. Blend with a splash of milk, elaichi seeds and saunf till smooth.
  2. Warm the remaining milk. Stir in the paste. Heat till it just steams — do not a rolling boil or the milk can split.
  3. Sweeten if needed. Serve warm at night, or chill and shake before pouring.
