You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if: (a) the product arrived damaged, defective, or not as described; (b) you received the wrong product or quantity; (c) the product is within its stated shelf life and unused/unopened where applicable. 3. Non-Refundable Situations

We generally cannot offer refunds for: change of mind after delivery; products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (unless defective); orders cancelled by you after shipment. Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items may have stricter eligibility—please check product or order communications.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or within 7 days of receiving the order) via our Contact page. Include your order number, reason for the request, and any supporting images. We will respond and guide you through the process. For payment failures or duplicate charges, we will work with our payment provider to resolve the issue.

5. Refund Process and Timeline

Once your request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. For replacements, we will ship the replacement item as per our shipping policy once the return (if required) is received and verified.

6. Returns

If we ask you to return the product, please do so in the original packaging where possible and within the timeframe we specify. Return shipping costs may be borne by you unless the issue is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item). We will confirm receipt and then process the refund or replacement.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once shipped, our standard refund and return policy applies. If we cancel an order (e.g. out of stock or payment failure), we will refund any amount already charged.
